X. You can eliminate one of your five senses to substantially strengthen the others, which one and would you do it?
Okay, let’s think this through. I’m an incredibly visual person. Aesthetics are a huge part of my life, as is the written word (yes, I know, audiobooks and the like, but it’s not the same), so sight is out. Music and conversation are vital, so sound is a no-go. I like to…touch things, so that’s out. Smell is something that you might say automatically, but it’s the strongest sense connected to memory and I have a deep fear of being perceived as smelling bad, so that would be a nightmare. That leaves taste. Honestly, it would be less than enjoyable to not be able to taste anything, but out of the five it’s probably what I’d go with. I’m the world’s pickiest eater, so this would probably be pretty beneficial for me. Longest winded answer ever.
